Claire had her first doctor's appointment today. She wore her tiny pink newborn dress that was too huge to come home from the hospital in. She did great. I'm pretty sure I was more nervous than she was. She's now up to 10 lbs 2 oz., and no, Doreen, that doesn't make her a toddler- yet.
The doctor's appointment was much more uneventful than I had imagined and the bean decided to reward herself (and me) for her excellent behavior by taking a second nap today.
Here she is in a rare moment of alertness. The girl just loves her sleep.

Well close enough to a toddler! She is soooo pretty. I am the expert at typing with one hand.
