People have asked me how long my doctor will "let me go" without intervening. I asked at my appointment last week, and she actually laughed. She said my pregnancy wasn't something she needed to stop and that our baby would come when he's ready.
If he were a library book, I'd owe $1.25. This is all feeling vaguely familiar.

I've been praying for you everyday, several times. I haven't been able to get on the computer for several days (I'm in southern California), but knowing that it was more than possible you were still sporting that baby bump, I kept you in prayer!!
Oh my Kari. How I can relate. Asher was 12 days over due. Hang in there! You'll make it to the finish line eventually! Love you friend!
