Okay, okay...we will try...but I'm gonna hand it over to the kiddos first! (the only bummer is that avocados are so expensive here..which is crazy to me because I grew up eating them from our yard:) I'll let you know how it goes. lots of love to the fam from us.

seriously this is sooooo good. I was'nt convinced the first time I read it either... but have made it four times in the last two weeks. Sometimes even after the kids go to bed so I don't have to share... I also made a batch to take with us camping and smeared it on graham crackers and topped with toasted marshmallows, kind of defeats some of the purpose. I have plans for mini chocolate pudding pies... soooo gooood
