We grilled some on the BBQ last night and it was tasty. If all else fails, give it away (or maybe slice/freeze some for later?). Also, just grilling it, with a little olive oil and pepper on it, yummmm. Pick me! I know the answer to this one. I like to stir fry zucchini in a little olive oil and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. It is so yummy. My mom used to make that growing up. The key is not to cook it too long so it doesn't get mushy-unless you prefer it mushy!<BR/><BR/>And, I do love the Children's museum!
